God’s Word is absolute Truth.
We accept the Holy Bible as God’s authoritative Word. God moved by the awesome power of the Holy Spirit enabling man to write the inerrant, infallible truth of God for mankind.

(2 Tim 3:16-17; 2Peter 1:19-21; Rev. 22:19; Rom 10:8-13)

Our God is ONE God
We believe in one God that eternally exists in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Each person of the Godhead is fully and eternally God! (Heb. 1:1-8; Col. 2:9; Acts 5:3-4; Heb. 9:14; Matt. 3:16-17)
Jesus Christ is the ONLY BEGOTTEN Son of God
We believe that Jesus Christ was born of the Virgin Mary through the power of the Holy Spirit. He is God in the flesh. Through His death and resurrection, He dealt with our past, present, and future. Now He ever lives at the right hand of the Father representing all believers, all that we are and ever will be. (John 3:16; Heb. 2:14; Luke 1:26-31; Heb. 7:22-8:12)

The Holy Spirit is ACTIVE in the life of the Church today
We believe that the Holy Spirit is God. He proceeds from the Father and the Son and has been sent to the church for this present age. He bestows gifts to each member of the body of Christ and is active in the world today. (Acts 2:1-4; 1Cor. 12-14; John 7:37-39)

Mankind is SINFUL and stands in need of SALVATION
We believe that mankind was created in the image of God. Through transgression and disobedience, man lost fellowship with God. Our only hope of redemption is through the atoning work and shed blood of Jesus Christ. Salvation is a free gift of grace to all who believe. Consequently, each believer is to manifest the evidence of Salvation in his life as a disciple of Jesus Christ. (Gen. 1:26-31; Rom. 5:12-21; Eph. 2:8-9; Rom. 10:9-10; Heb. 4:12)

Christians should IDENTIFY themselves through Water Baptism, Holy Communion and righteous godly living
We believe that Water Baptism, Holy Communion and holy living are the identifying marks of a believer in Jesus Christ. All believers are to be expressly identified with Jesus and His teachings and manifest the fruits of the Holy Spirit in consistent, godly living.
(Acts 22:16; Titus 3:5-6; Rom 6:4-6; 1Cor. 10:16-17; 11:23-29)

DIVINE HEALING is part of the redemptive work of Christ
We believe that through the cross Jesus Christ made provision for physical, emotional and spiritual healing (John 10:10). Just as a loving parent wants their child free from sickness, the loving will of God is our health (Matt 8:2-3, 8:17). Every believer should, therefore, seek God for divine health and healing by way of:

  1. Prayer and laying on of hands. (Mark 16:18, 1 Cor 12:9)
  2. Prayer and anointing with oil. (James 5:14-16)
  3. Spiritual counsel and guidance (Gal. 6:1-2)
  4. Healthy lifestyle choices. (Dan 1)

Although not everyone we pray for is healed, everyone who is sick does get prayed for and miracles do happen today!

The LOCAL CHURCH is God’s Plan of NOURISHING the believer
We believe that every believer is to be part of a local body of believers. By being planted in a local “house”, each believer will receive the nourishment of the Word of God, the support of the other believers and grow into a fully mature Christ-like person. The church is a living organism. We are God’s people, full of power. We are the voice of God’s grace and power to a lost and dying world. (Eph. 1:18-23; Rom. 8:30; Acts 15:14-18; 1 Peter 2:9)
